can determine the strength and success of the program.

To - Any exercise program worth its salt will progress over
a desired time frame usually 4-6weeks. This means that when everyone starts on
week 1, everyone is starting off at the same level of intensity as the weeks
pass the program will increase power to allow for progression. This means adapt
and improve as the program continues and all clients are comfortable training
at the level of the program, meaning they get results.
3) Nutrition - this is easy.
If the boot camp thinking about joining does not offer a
nutrition component, then I would recommend taking a pass. For successful fat
loss, need the one-two punch of a good nutrition and exercise program. Certainly
not achieve the results want if only do the exercise. The right diet will

4) Use of fitness equipment.

correct techniques for a kettle bell swing. This is a distraction when all
clients want is a good, fun, enjoyable, safe workout that gets them results. Simply
using your own body weight can achieve this. Keeping things simple is
important.
